Dr. Mary J. Huntley
Dr. Mary J. Huntley is the wife of 44 years to Dr. Ronald Lee Huntley. She is a speaker, an author, and Chief Executive/Encouragement Officer of Trinity Global Empowerment Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization. She is also a mentor, Board Certified Master Life Coach, Professional Licensed Counselor and a change agent who helps build lives. She is a Domestic Violence Advocate “called to hurting people” and therefore spends time encouraging others to move beyond their disappointments, challenges, hurt, and pain to reach their God ordained purpose. She believes in giving back to the community. Therefore on occasion, she provides pro bono professional coaching and professional counseling to those in need of her services. She is on a mission to empower others (especially women) to soar above the storm and reach their God given purpose.
In 1994 she retired from the District of Columbia Government after 26 years of service. Later she worked as an Acting Field Director at the Girl Scouts Council of the Nation’s Capital. Recently she was honored to work with Visionary Elder Nicole S. Mason, Esquire, as Co-Author in an awesome book collaboration entitled “Faith For Fiery Trials” which will be showcased at the National Black Caucus Author’s Pavilion. On October 14, 2017 she received the Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Woman of Virtue Walking In Excellence Award for her outstanding servant leadership, contributions, and dedication in being a voice in the community to encourage, motivate, and push women to their goals. She also received an Executive Citation from Anne Arundel County Executive Steven R. Schuh recognizing her authenticity, passion, dedication and leadership in changing the way of others. And she also received the Prince Georges County Governor’s Citation recognizing her contributions and influential impact on the community. Dr. Mary also received the Prince Georges County Executive Certificate of Recognition for commitment to serving and enriching communities and the world. On October 30, 2016 she received the “Metro Phenomenal Woman of the Year” Award and the Clarone Pettis Spiritual Award.
She gives GOD ALL praise, glory and honor for an earned Doctorate Degree, and for her Board Certified Master Christian Life Coach Certification. She is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with Advanced Certifications in Death and Grief Therapy, Group Therapy, Integrated Marriage and Family Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Crisis and Abuse Therapy. She is a Clinical Supervisor, and a Professional Clinical member with a Christian Association, and an International Representative, and a Certified Temperament Coach with another Christian Association. She expects to release her first personal book very soon. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!
